Agreement on the processing of personal data

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement defines the procedure for processing and protecting the User’s personal data provided by him when using the website so-spb.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.2. The Site Administration of Sole Proprietor Anatoly Yuryevich Solonko (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and security of the User’s personal data in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other regulatory acts.

  • Conclusion and execution of lease agreements;
  • Informing the User by sending emails (booking confirmation/booking cancellation);
  • Communication with the User regarding booking, check-in, etc.;
  • Informing the User by sending emails (with news, special offers, etc.)

 

4. Methods of processing personal data

4.1. The processing of personal data is carried out using automation tools and without the use of such tools.

4.2. The operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

 

5.Transfer of personal data to third parties

5.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the User, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

6. Storage period of personal data

6.1. Personal data shall be stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing or within the timeframes established by Russian legislation.

 

7. User Rights

7.1. The User has the right:

– revoke your consent to the processing of personal data.

 

8. Consent to the processing of personal data

8.1 By using the Site and/or leaving their details when booking, the User expresses their consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

8.2. The User confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms of processing of his/her personal data and gives voluntary consent to their processing.
