How do I book an apartment?

In the booking module, select the check-in and check-out dates, specify the number of guests, and click «Find»
For the 3rd and 4th guest, you must pay an additional 1,000 rubles each

Please make a 20% advance payment for your stay and the remaining amount upon check-in
Wait for your booking confirmation by email

How does the check-in process work?

The standard check-in time is from 15: 00, check-out until 12:00, but earlier check-in/late check-out can be adjusted individually.
For contactless check-in, you will be sent instructions to the electronic lock.

Do I need to make a deposit for the duration of my stay?

Yes, you need to make a deposit of 10,000 rubles before check-in, which is refunded at check-out and if there was no damage to the property.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation for free 2 weeks before check-in. In all other cases, we will be forced to withhold the 20% advance payment.

Can I bring my pets to your place?

No, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

What are your accommodation rules?

Please note that reservations are only available for persons over the age of 18
Please observe our agreements. The apartment must accommodate as many people as you specified when booking
